Suhana is a senior at Stuyvesant High School in NYC, a prolific programmer, and advocate for global reform and enhancement of senior citizen care. As an app developer, she has coded the original app GigThis, which connects NYC’s diverse conservatory students in vocal and instrumental music, film, playwriting, and dance for performance collaborations. As the founder and executive director of MentorMeGlobal, Suhana seeks to diminish the isolation of the elderly and increase their bonds with her generation. She built the MentorMeGlobal website and organizes student groups internationally to pair with senior citizens in a mutual-mentoring relationship, whereby seniors advise students on their academic, pre-professional, social concerns and advocate for elder care policy and reform who has been an invited speaker on the topic by diplomatic embassy in Washington D.C

A researcher of global business and business expansion logistics, Suhana has used her advanced mathematics background to explore the negative aspects of business integration into the United States. Her work has been published in the Open Journal of Business and Management.

In her free time, Suhana is also a competitive chess player and crafts enthusiast and loves to sew, crochet, knit, and create!

Krisha Patel is a student at J.P. Stevens HS whose journey encompasses behavioral science research and publication, fine art, and elder advocacy. Krisha’s research on assisted living facilities, senior centers, and elderly isolation has deeply influenced her understanding of mental well-being in geriatrics. Through her initiative, Artbuddies, she creates interactive artwork that encourages participation and creativity among the elderly while upregulating happiness. Krisha’s research led her to recognize the critical link between nutrition and brain health, inspiring the launch of her online.

Healthy Cooking For The Brain - This innovative platform offers recipes and knowledge aimed at supporting brain health and addressing healthy aging. Through her work as NJ regional director of MentorMeGlobal, Krisha is dedicated to enhancing the lives of our senior citizens, striving to create a more inclusive and understanding society.

Shiven Aggarwal is a student at Dougherty Valley High School, San Ramon, CA. Foreign policy excites him, and he believes that diplomacy, dialogue, and negotiation are at the heart of driving key resolutions and goals. Shiven has been selected for the Harvard Undergraduate International Relations Scholars Program (HUIRSP) for the last three years and has twice been the Capstone Finalist in their international relations and global policy presentations on food security and the digital dominance dilemma. Passionate about global disarmament, Shiven has traveled widely for interviews that inform his first published book, Global Disarmament and Transforming the Next Generation.

With the emerging importance of AI/ML in the work of global disarmament, Shiven has enhanced his CS/AI/ML background through coursework in Big Data, Machine Learning, and Real-World Application at Columbia University and is building a GenAI Chatbot App for a premier California university and energy AI analytics provider. A devoted STS researcher, Shiven’s latest paper entitled “The Reality of Equity in Genomics” was accepted for publication in the National High School Journal of Science. Han Xiao is a rising senior at Stuyvesant High school and a dedicated Red Cross Club member since her freshman year. Han loves to volunteer and help her community! Simran Hora, a rising Junior at Bangkok Patana School in Bangkok, Thailand has a strong commitment to supporting her local community and passion for business. As the marketing manager for the Mercy Centre Club, Simran is dedicated to organizing and promoting events that offer orphans in the Bangkok area enjoyable experiences at her school. Sheen Thianthai, a 16-year-old passionate learner at Bangkok Patana School, is currently enrolled in the IGCSE curriculum and plans to begin the IB Diploma in August 2024. She is dedicated to making a difference, raising youth awareness, spreading information about diabetes and stroke, and pursuing her passion for Formula One. Sheen serves as the team manager of Starpoint Racing Team, representing Thailand in the F1 in Schools competition. Additionally, she co-founded a non-profit organization called Brighter Future, which aims to improve the well-being of underprivileged children at the ‘Home of Praise.’

Caden is a junior at Oak Grove High School in Winston Salem. He is an advocate for cardiomyopathy, cardiac electrophysiology, and mental health. In his free time he volunteers for a medical clinic, writes and reviews literature, reads, and learns new languages. Helping and having empathy for people in one of their most challenging and vulnerable states and doing all you can to make their lives better is truly important to him. He believes we need more teenagers to be involved in volunteering and helping the community.

She is a member of The Giving Team, located in Hot Springs, Arkansas where they provide food, clothing, mental support, and more to homeless and less fortunate people. Kaylie is from St. Petersburg Florida. She is a senior at St. Petersburg Collegiate High School. When she graduates in 2025 she will be earning her Associates of Arts Degree along with her high school diploma. Her dream is to become a neuropsychologist. Amayah Day is a student at Kirkwood High School, Clarksville, Tennessee. She wishes to pursue a career in Neuroscience/Neurosurgery and Neuro-oncology, she has attended the Congress of Future Medical Leaders, and she is also a dedicated member of the HOSA Club. She loves helping her community and raising lupus health awareness in any way she can.

Amayah serves as the leader and founder of her upcoming Non-profit organization called Lupus4Coleman where she emphasizes the awareness of Lupus and helps raise funding for Lupus Research. Her interest in Neurology began when she was 8 and since then hasn’t stopped loving it.

She has been playing volleyball for 4 years as an Outside, Rightside, and Defensive Specialist and absolutely loves it. She combines her love for volleyball and her love for her community together by hosting volleyball events/ charity events to help raise funding for her research.

Currently, she does Behavioral Science Research with the help of her local university’s lab to help gain more experience. She is also attending many collegiate prospect camps this summer and college invitational camps. Alisha is a junior at Ridgeline High School, a dedicated student of anthropology, and a medical anthropology researcher. She works with the Inuit community in Alaska, assisting in health care services and studies social and cultural determinants of health. As a future anthropologist and health care professional, Alisha believes in the healing properties of music across cultures and ages, and has founded iPodgeneration to upregulate positive emotions of patients during their care.

Lily Brewster is a sophomore in Bullhead City, Arizona at Mohave High School. She loves to help others out in her community and is dedicated to her academics. Milana Sordi Green lives in Davis, California. She is 15 years old and a high school sophomore. She attended a Spanish immersion elementary school and is now bilingual. In her free time she likes to travel and spend time at the beach. She also enjoys playing soccer and last year she ran cross country. In the future she aspires to study medicine in order to become a surgeon. Recently she was a delegate at the National Academy of Future Doctors and Medical Scientists Conference. This experience inspired her to get involved and to give back within her own community. She is looking forward to working with the Mentor Me Global program. Anushka Patchigolla is a sophomore at the Wardlaw-Hartridge School and a published science researcher who studied the APOE e4 allele in Alzheimer’s and works on cancer research through Weill Cornell. She is an advanced clarinetist, is passionate about Shakespeare, and devoted to the enhancement of elder care and building of mutual mentoring relationships between seniors and teens.

I am a rising Junior at Clarksville Academy and I serve as the Key Club Vice President and am also apart of clubs such as HOSA, Student Council, and Enviro-Ag. I have also cheered since my Freshman Year. I play instruments such as the violin, guitar, and piano, and often sing and write songs and stories about topics I have a drive for. I am passionate about the field of mental health and dream of one day becoming a Nuero-psychiatrist. I often advocate for teens struggling with mental health and am working to start my Nonprofit, We Have Problems 2, that focuses on bringing awareness to the mental struggles of teenagers and brings to them resources and an outlet of support and safety for all they experience.

Zoe Hall lives in Raleigh, NC. She is in her sophomore year of high school. She does theater competitively and just for fun. She helped start up the equity team at her school. She loves to read, help others, and do art. Most of the volunteer work she does is with kids but she loves working with people of every age. She is a face painter and babysitter. She has always loved working with people, and watching people grow and learn.

Lola Heimlicher is a rising senior at Lutheran High School in Parker, Colorado. She has a heart for service and works with organizations such as Sox Place, a local homeless shelter, and Parker Task Force, a food drive donation center. She found herself having such a connection to the special needs community that she started a connection to All Stars Club and leads that chapter of service in her school. All Stars Club is a youth group focused on showing love to those in our community affected by disability that may make others look at them differently.

Luis goes to Edisto high school but is enrolled in Orangeburg Technical College and plans to graduate with an associates degree in science and math. Luis is certified EMT, phlebotomy and CNC programming and machining. He wants to change the lives of people in the cardiology industry by doing procedures on them and manufacturing and helping bio-engineers to create new equipment to help people with heart problems.

Sophia Ponce is a senior at Syosset High School, NY, who studies and researches within the fields of psychology and neuroscience. As a chapter director of Peer Responders and the founder and host of a popular teen mental health podcast featuring professionals in the areas of psychology, psychiatry, social work, and healthcare, Sophia works to make mental health resources accessible and understandable to teens. Through mentored research in cognitive processes and neurodegenerative disease, Sophia strives to understand the common challenges of both the teen mind and the elderly mind as well as the most beneficial modes of addressing those challenges. Sophia hopes to help shine the light on the mental health needs of a diverse age group, especially focusing on the unrecognized struggles of the elderly population. An avid dancer and Captain of her high school's cheerleading team, she understands the importance of movement and the arts in processing emotions.

Anjali Narahari is a junior at Cary Academy in Cary, NC. With a passion for behavioral science and health equity, her recent projects include designing and executing a workshop to help menstrual health awareness bypass cultural barriers in foreign countries and conducting research on the social determinants of health. She strongly believes in giving back to her community, and is an active volunteer at Note in the Pocket, a clothing non-profit. She also works at South Asian Council for Social Services (SACSS) in NYC to provide South Asian immigrants better access to health resources, social services, and food security. Her work with the elderly there sparked her awareness on isolation and mental health issues and led her to become involved with MentorMe Global.

She believes she can gain valuable knowledge on senior mental health through the Mentor Me Global Program and is excited to bring it to Raleigh. AuBree is 16 years old and is a Junior at Tazewell High School. She looks forward to starting this new chapter in her life. She has experience working with residents at her local nursing home, and wants to encourage other teens to get more involved. Reagan Stallman from Hartford, South Dakota is currently a senior at West Central High School. She works as a CNA at a Long-Term Care facility. Reaj is a senior at the International School of Phnom Penh, a leader of Habitat for Humanities in Cambodia, a Director of Cambodia’s Medtrek, and a governmental intern in the Ministry of Finance and Economy. Alyssa DeCross is a senior at North Broward Prep School in Coconut Creek, Florida. She is an IB Diploma Candidate working towards a Dual Diploma as a fluent English and Spanish Speaker. Jilani is certified in Phlebotomy and brings a strong passion for medicine and compassionate patient care. With a deep commitment to improving healthcare, Jilani is dedicated to providing people with the quality of care they deserve, particularly in underserved communities.

Vihaan Mishra is the Founder and Executive Director of Teens Assisting with Communications in Emergency Response (TACER, https://www.tacerleaders.org/). Cell phone outages are becoming more common as climate emergencies like wildfires, floods, and hurricanes grow in severity and frequency. TACER empowers peer leaders to support first responders, and master essential emergency communication skills, including HAM radio, for disaster response. Notably, he is among the youngest in his region to earn the ARRL Technician HAM license.

As a certified DSW (Disaster Service Worker), he was elected as a Board Member and Head of Emergency Communications for Teen-CERT, the first teen-led branch of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)’s National Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) program in Santa Clara County. Additionally, Vihaan was chosen for his high school’s Associated Student Body and elected Treasurer of his town's Youth Commission. He actively volunteers with Humara Manch, an organization born during COVID that helps senior citizens connect through meaningful activities.
