Founder and Executive Director

Suhana is a senior at Stuyvesant High School in NYC, a prolific programmer, and advocate for global reform and enhancement of senior citizen care. As an app developer, she has coded the original app GigThis, which connects NYC’s diverse conservatory students in vocal and instrumental music, film, playwriting, and dance for performance collaborations. As the founder and executive director of MentorMeGlobal, Suhana seeks to diminish the isolation of the elderly and increase their bonds with her generation. She built the MentorMeGlobal website and organizes student groups internationally to pair with senior citizens in a mutual-mentoring relationship, whereby seniors advise students on their academic, pre-professional, social concerns and advocate for elder care policy and reform who has been an invited speaker on the topic by diplomatic embassy in Washington D.C

A researcher of global business and business expansion logistics, Suhana has used her advanced mathematics background to explore the negative aspects of business integration into the United States. Her work has been published in the Open Journal of Business and Management.

In her free time, Suhana is also a competitive chess player and crafts enthusiast and loves to sew, crochet, knit, and create!

Krisha Patel is a student at J.P. Stevens HS whose journey encompasses behavioral science research and publication, fine art, and elder advocacy. Krisha’s research on assisted living facilities, senior centers, and elderly isolation has deeply influenced her understanding of mental well-being in geriatrics. Through her initiative, Artbuddies, she creates interactive artwork that encourages participation and creativity among the elderly while upregulating happiness. Krisha’s research led her to recognize the critical link between nutrition and brain health, inspiring the launch of her online.

Regional Chapter Director - California

Shiven Aggarwal is a student at Dougherty Valley High School, San Ramon, CA. Foreign policy excites him, and he believes that diplomacy, dialogue, and negotiation are at the heart of driving key resolutions and goals. Shiven has been selected for the Harvard Undergraduate International Relations Scholars Program (HUIRSP) for the last three years and has twice been the Capstone Finalist in their international relations and global policy presentations on food security and the digital dominance dilemma. Passionate about global disarmament, Shiven has traveled widely for interviews that inform his first published book, Global Disarmament and Transforming the Next Generation.

With the emerging importance of AI/ML in the work of global disarmament, Shiven has enhanced his CS/AI/ML background through coursework in Big Data, Machine Learning, and Real-World Application at Columbia University and is building a GenAI Chatbot App for a premier California university and energy AI analytics provider. A devoted STS researcher, Shiven’s latest paper entitled “The Reality of Equity in Genomics” was accepted for publication in the National High School Journal of Science. Shiven is also a classical singer and conservatory pre-college student at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music.

Amayah serves as the leader and founder of her upcoming Non-profit organization called Lupus4Coleman where she emphasizes the awareness of Lupus and helps raise funding for Lupus Research. Her interest in Neurology began when she was 8 and since then hasn’t stopped loving it.

She has been playing volleyball for 4 years as an Outside, Rightside, and Defensive Specialist and absolutely loves it. She combines her love for volleyball and her love for her community together by hosting volleyball events/ charity events to help raise funding for her research.

Currently, she does Behavioral Science Research with the help of her local university’s lab to help gain more experience. She is also attending many collegiate prospect camps this summer and college invitational camps. Anjali Narahari is a junior at Cary Academy in Cary, NC. With a passion for behavioral science and health equity, her recent projects include designing and executing a workshop to help menstrual health awareness bypass cultural barriers in foreign countries and conducting research on the social determinants of health. She strongly believes in giving back to her community, and is an active volunteer at Note in the Pocket, a clothing non-profit. She also works at South Asian Council for Social Services (SACSS) in NYC to provide South Asian immigrants better access to health resources, social services, and food security. Her work with the elderly there sparked her awareness on isolation and mental health issues and led her to become involved with MentorMe Global.

Vihaan Mishra

Regional Chapter Director - California

Vihaan Mishra is the Founder and Executive Director of Teens Assisting with Communications in Emergency Response (TACER, https://www.tacerleaders.org/). Cell phone outages are becoming more common as climate emergencies like wildfires, floods, and hurricanes grow in severity and frequency. TACER empowers peer leaders to support first responders, and master essential emergency communication skills, including HAM radio, for disaster response. Notably, he is among the youngest in his region to earn the ARRL Technician HAM license.

As a certified DSW (Disaster Service Worker), he was elected as a Board Member and Head of Emergency Communications for Teen-CERT, the first teen-led branch of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)’s National Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) program in Santa Clara County. Additionally, Vihaan was chosen for his high school’s Associated Student Body and elected Treasurer of his town's Youth Commission. He actively volunteers with Humara Manch, an organization born during COVID that helps senior citizens connect through meaningful activities.

In his free time, Vihaan enjoys video games, soccer, and passionately follows Formula 1 racing.
